It shall be your responsibility to make sure that any of the products, services, or information provided on the website meet your specifications.

  3. If any dispute or claim arises with regard to this website, it shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

  5. Minors, below the age of 18 are not permitted to register as a user and transact through this website.
  6. Any payment towards products or services made via our website using your details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
  7. The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and Merchant rules and policies.
  8. We permit payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED and online using Payfront.
  9. Home Zen will NOT deal or make available any products or services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of USE.

Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is the Home Zen policy for Online Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations. This policy applies only to activities Home Zen engages in on its website www.thehomezen.com (“Website”) and does not apply to Home Zen services that are “offline” or unrelated to the website.

  1. Items, Products, and Service pricing

    The price of services depends on the kind of job performed and it may vary amongst all service providers, we provide the end-user with an invoice and a link to the credit card payment once a quotation has been agreed upon by the customers and service providers.

  2. Payment
    • All Website users will receive confirmation of payment by email on the email address shared at the time of order. The confirmation will be sent by the Company soon after the payment has been processed.
    • The details of credit/debit card and any personal information will NOT be stored, sold, or shared with any third party.
    • Any payment made by you for our services via the website, the details that you have submitted will be directly provided to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  3. Cancellation & refund
    • All bookings are agreed upon between the customer and Home Zen and the transactions will be treated as final and Home Zen will not be responsible for any refund.
    • In some cases, advance payments are required prior to Home Zen rendering the service. If the customer has paid the advance fee and wants to cancel for any reason, a refund would be applicable subject to the conditions agreed upon booking (i.e. taking into consideration the parts already purchased for specific jobs).
    • If in any case, Home Zen is proven to be at fault, the management may decide to issue a refund to the customer.
    • Home Zen will try its best to resolve any issue that the customers have. All refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the management.
